Accelerating Innovation

The Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program is a three-phase initiative designed to enable visionary founders to forge cutting-edge ConTech and PropTech technology solutions alongside Turner and venture capital partners.

Launch.

The Launch phase is where innovative ideas are brought to life. With Turner’s and our Venture Capital partner’s guidance and resources, EIRs have the support needed to assemble a founding team, create a sales pitch, and launch an alpha product. EIRs are navigated through the legal and financial aspects of starting a business, and connected with the right investors to make their construction technology start-up dreams a reality.

Join us and launch your startup with confidence.

Build.

During the Build phase, EIRs are immersed in the validated opportunity areas. To gain a deeper understanding of the market, they perform detailed analysis of the potential business opportunity, and quantify the total addressable market for a proposed solution. Armed with this information, EIRs develop prototypes and leverage Turner's expertise, network, and resources to test and refine solutions to ensure they are viable and scalable.

The Build phase is critical to building a strong foundation for the launch of viable companies.

Explore.

The Explore phase is the first step to discovering the right problem to solve. EIRs embed themselves in the industry through research, shadowing, and field study to identify pain points and areas where new technology and processes can bring value. Using the Lean Canvas framework, EIRs validate areas of opportunity and select a problem area to focus on.

The Explore phase lays the groundwork for the development of innovative solutions that are just what the industry needs today.
